Together with Lufthansa Innovation Hub and our Tech partner CodeControl we created Lufthansa’s new Service App.
Sometimes to get things done – you just need to talk to the right people. The app makes sure customers are connected to the right Lufthansa professionals. Questions or issues regarding booking a flight will be answered as quickly as possible without the run-around. This of course includes questions about luggage and flyer miles. Our goal was to create something as simple as possible, with a maximal three step process. An estimated waiting time for Hotline, Callback and Live-Chat is also provided.
Once you are logged in, your Lufthansa client advisor will have your information ready on his screen when starting the conversation.
From splash to feedback screen, we developed and designed all screens.
In addition before launch, we helped with the ASO (App Store Optimization) and designed various screens for the App Store.
